Designers Peter and Wendy Cartwright have transformed their 1920’s house into the epitome of modern comfort with antique pine floors and soft kelims.

From six acres of terraced and wooded garden you can step into your airy room with its own entrance, soft beds, crisp sheets and luxurious bathroom. Breakfasts of farm produce and home made bread will set you up for cliff top hikes or a lazy day on the beach.

Both Peter and Wendy are designers and this is very evident in the house and gardens.

The 'Jurassic' coast is right on the doorstep. You can walk along the cliffs to Lulworth via Bat’s Head and Durdle Door
